Ada Metal Recycling Company, covering an area of 7000 m2 in Dilovasi industrial area of Gebze-Kocaeli, has been founded to recycle aluminium scrap and produce secondary aluminium.
Our plant produces aluminium foundry alloys for sand casting, die casting and permanent mold casting, wrought alloys for rolling as well as deoxidant for iron-steel industry.
Ada metal production plant in Dilovasi/Gebze comprises of the following lines all unique in Turkey;
-Recycling line for Used Bavarage Cans (UBC) consisting of scrap preparation
-2 pcs. 40mt bath capacity side-well type reverb melting furnace equipped with regenerative burners, mechanical circulation pump and a vortex unit.
-Each of the 40mt. reverb melting furnace is coupled with 22 mt. tilting type holding furnace enabling better control of the casting parameters.
-2 pcs. oxy-fuel equipped Titing type rotary furnaces with a capacity 9 mt.
- Both rotary furnace is coupled with 28 mt. reverb type holding and alloying furnace equipped with mechanical circulation pump.
