We have been dedicated to the manufacturing of industrial Vacuum Formed and Pressure Formed plastic components since 2000. AMX is a veteran owned company located in Shenzhen, China. Our company has accumulated abundant of techincal experience of producing vacuum thermoforming products; we have our own experienced mold technicians and equipment operation technicians. In stead of injection, we have adopted vacuum thermoforming in order to minimize the product development cost for customers. We provide one stop service including Mold design and manufacturing, production and processing in order to reduce development and production lead time. We can meet customers's different needs of thick vacuum thermoforming products. We also possess many series of new-type fully automatic high-speed vacuum moulding machines, CNC Engraving Machine, Laser Welding Machine and 20sets of post-processing machines etc. The maximum size of products is 5000*2000*800. (length*width*high), and the material thickness can reach 12mm.
