To ensure the stability and reliability of the product, we have integrated and optimized all resources, introduced ISO9001 quality management system, and established a strict quality management process based on post responsibility and implement it in each part of the whole process, from product design, procurement, SMT, plug-in, assembly, aging to testing. Marketing is the core to YuanTe. We implement flexible and competitive price and diversified sales strategy. We penetrate the market by various methods such as OEM, ODM, agent and direct selling, and ensure profit of every partner. Domestically, we adopt a vertical marketing structure of headquarter to branch company to local offices. In abroad, we adopt methods such as outsourcing, agency, OEM.
