Xinshen Flocking, supplier of Vellux blanket and Flocking products in China for Target and Spring USA, Established in 1993, Changzhou Xinshen Pile-Fabric Co., Ltd(including a subcompany Changzhou Xinshen Flocking Co.,Ltd). is a professional manufacturer of fabrics and textile products with registered fixed assets of over USD8,000,000. Our company covers area of 85,000 square meters, including 30,000 square meters of construction area, with beautiful environment and convenient transportation access. In addition, we possess 8 advanced flocking assembly lines including 4 lines in 3m width. Our equipment includes washing machines, drying machines, finalizing design machines, pattern grinders, extrusion pattern and press pattern machines, drop plastic machines, transfer stamp machines, round net printing as well as other tail process of neatening equipment. Our annual yield can achieve over 10 million meters. In order to guarantee the quality of flocking products, we have bought 50 knitting machines for manufacturing the base cloth of advanced flocking products.
